As the Lead Graphic Designer at Carbon Theory, I've been pivotal in revamping the brand's visuals and overseeing a complete rebranding and redesign of all packaging. From conceptualising to crafting artwork, I've been hands-on in every step, ensuring our designs embody our brand's essence and resonate with our audience. I've also played a key role in photography production, organising shoots and contributing creatively from social to campaigns. Additionally, I've crafted diverse design assets, from FSUs to client decks, supporting our marketing efforts across the board.

REBRAND

I lead the rebrand of Carbon Theory, initiating a complete makeover of our packaging and brand as a whole. Every step of the journey, from brainstorming to final execution, saw my close involvement. This entailed creating concepts, translating them into visual designs, and meticulously crafting artwork.

I simplified our skincare selection with a colour-coded system divided by skin concerns to appeal to the younger audience.

ART DIRECTION

& PRODUCING

To promote our new SupaVIT-C range, we aimed to capture the essence of its "energy". In pursuit of this goal, we decided to feature a young girl who had gone viral on TikTok for her video dancing on the underground - the "OG tube girl". Anjoile was an excellent choice for the video, and she spoke to us about her journey as a dancer and the joy it brings her.

I collaborated with the marketing team to produce and plan the shoot. We worked closely together to ensure that the wardrobe, styling, and makeup were all cohesive. For the video, we wanted Anjoile to be the main focus in one story and the product to be the hero in the other, which you can see here.

PHOTO SHOOT

For the launch of our Vitamin C range, I assisted in organising a photo shoot that involved capturing both still life and model shots. We used Anjoile, as well as another female model to achieve a youthful, young feel, which aligns with our brand's target audience. As part of the shoot, I helped with production and art direction, collaborating with the photographer to set up shots and bring our creative ideas to life.

SOCIAL, GIFTING

& STICKERS

I have thoroughly enjoyed assisting the social team in designing vibrant and attractive PR boxes. We were able to achieve this by introducing collaborations and stickers in our PR boxes, but most importantly, by allowing our products to speak for themselves as the new packaging looks bright and fun.
